Pediatric Physical Therapist Job in New York, NY – EMpower PT is seeking a full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing concierge practice serving families across Manhattan and Brooklyn. We provide highly individualized, one-on-one care to children in their homes or in our clinic, helping them achieve developmental milestones and improve overall function.

At EMpower PT, we work with children experiencing developmental delays, movement concerns, and rare diagnoses including autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and neurological or genetic conditions. Our mission is to meet families where they are while promoting steady, meaningful progress for every child.

This position offers a flexible schedule, competitive compensation starting at $90,000+ based on experience, and a strong focus on professional development through mentorship, team collaboration, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Current CPR and AED certification
• Pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
• Willingness to travel between patient homes and clinic locations

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one pediatric physical therapy sessions (45–60 minutes) in home or clinic settings
• Evaluate and treat children with developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with team members and families
• Participate in ongoing continuing education and team in-services
